Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased through the Site, you may return such item (accompanied by your sales receipt) within 7 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you and choose to:- exchange the item for another item available for purchase through the Site, - receive a refund in the amount you paid for the item, or - receive a credit in the amount you paid for the item that may be applied to your purchase of another item through the Site.

Can I return personalised items?
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been personalised. Additionally, we regret we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Can I return the product after 14 days from delivery?
You may still return the item and choose to:- Exchange it for another item available on our site.- Receive store credit equal to the item’s purchase value.
Can I return a product bought on sale?
For purchases made during special events, such as Black Friday, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we allow exchanges for size adjustments within 30 days, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Product Guarantee

How long does the guarantee apply for?
All MARCO DAL MASO products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for twelve months from the date of purchase (this in no way affects your statutory rights). However, in the unlikely event your MARCO DAL MASO product does not match up to our exacting standards, we will try our hardest to put matters right.
Can I have my product repaired?
Should any manufacturing fault appear on your MARCO DAL MASO product within twelve months of purchase, please return it to us with proof of purchase.
How long does repair take?
Please be aware that repairs may take up to twelve weeks.
My guarantee has expired. Can I still repair my product?
For any damage resulting from normal “wear and tear”, an accident, or damage that has occurred outside of our guarantee period, please contact our Customer Service team at ciao@marcodalmaso.com or on +39 0444 340 888.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Your order will be delivered during normal business hours if payment has been confirmed to the address supplied during our checkout process. For items marked as Ready to Ship, these will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered promptly. For all other items, we aim to dispatch items within 8-9 working days from the date of order, unless exceptional circumstances arise. If no delivery date is specified, it will be fulfilled within a reasonable time from the Dispatch Confirmation. If there are any delays or issues with your delivery, our customer service team will contact you immediately after your order is placed. If you have any queries regarding your shipment, please contact us at ciao@marcodalmaso.com. All deliveries are sent from Italy, where all our manufacturing is located.
I missed the courier for my delivery, how do I reschedule?
The courier should have left a delivery slip with a tracking number on it. Please telephone the number on the slip, quoting your tracking number to reschedule your delivery. If you have any further issues, please contact Customer Services info@marcodalmaso.com.
How can I track my parcel?
You can view your order status online and obtain the information to track your delivery. You can do this anytime by logging in to your account. Currently, your order will show as three possible statuses; In Processing, Dispatched or Cancelled. However, we can provide additional information at anytime by telephone or email.
Can my order be delivered today?
Unfortunately we cannot do same day delivery, if it is urgent please contact Customer Services via email info@marcodalmaso.com.
How will you ship my order?
For orders under £25,000 we use various different courier services. We use various different courier services to deliver the majority of our customer parcels. All parcels dispatched within the European Union will be delivered Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. This however will not apply to Bank Holidays. Any changes of address will need to be made directly with us. Delivery to APO/BFPO and PO BOX addresses is not currently available.
Christmas delivery time
For delivery within the European Union, please order before midnight on the 18th December. For international delivery, including the United States, please order before midday on the 15th December. All deliveries are dispatched from Marco Dal Maso Head Offices in Italy. Deliveries made by courier require a signature on delivery. For this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address or a hotel.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a specific day. If your delivery is urgent please contact Customer Services via email on info@marcodalmaso.com
My package is damaged
The Products will be your responsibility from the time of shipment. Therefore, if the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please check the package in the presence of the carrier to verify the condition of the Products. In the event of damage, please make a note on the delivery slip and contact customer services.
How do I know which styles are in stock and ready to ship?
The green dot next to a style name indicates that select sizes are in stock and ready to ship. In some cases, this may only be one size. If the size is in stock, it will say “Ready to Ship” next to it. Ready-to-Ship items are products in stock and shipped within 1-2 working days and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Product Care

How do I look after my leather product?
We recommend that you store leather away from direct sunlight to prevent the colour fading. Leather is an organic, natural material so you may find the surface shows some minor variations in colour or even the occasional small natural markings
What action should be taken if my leather product gets wet?
Take immediate action if the leather gets wet. Blot with a soft, absorbent cloth and it should be stuffed and left to dry naturally, in a cool dark place. Please be aware that force drying will damage the product as will over stretching.
How do I look after my fine jewellery?
We recommend that you should wear gold of a similar quality/carat together to stop any wear from a harder lower carat gold rubbing against a softer higher carat gold causing abrasion to the surface. Gold can be cleaned with a soft, lint free cloth. Gold is a relatively delicate material and particularly susceptible to damage from harsh chemicals such as chlorine. Chlorine can permanently damage or discolour gold jewelry.
Care of Gemstones
Care should be taken with gemstones to ensure that they are not knocked or scratched when worn, and care should also be taken to ensure they don’t knock against one another when stored. Many gemstones are also susceptible to damage by chemicals, water and even sunlight.
How do I care for my silver items?
The silver has been protected with a special anti oxidant treatment. To mantain its natural beauty clean the jewellery gently with a soft cloth or lightely wash it with water and neutral soap.
How to care for vermeil
apply perfume before wearing your pieces and remember to remove them before taking a shower. As with all other types of jewelry, avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals and aim to remove them before handling any such solutions. Substances, such as chlorine, can permanently damage the surface of your piece. Bear this in mind when using chlorine bleach or before diving in the pool. To clean your jewelry, use a clean cotton or microfiber cloth to buff it gently. Try not to be tempted to use chemical cleaners as they may strip the gold finish. Over time, the gold layer is likely to tarnish. This is a common and natural property that adds a unique sense of character to your MARCO DAL MASO piece.
