MEASURE AT HOME

Choose a ring that already fits the intended finger comfortably and place it on a flat surface.
Measure straight across the inside of the ring, from one inner edge to the other.
Start the ruler at the 0 mm mark and measure the inside only, not the outer edge.
Match your internal diameter to the chart below to find your size.

Wrap a thin strip of paper or string snugly around the base of your finger.
Mark where the strip overlaps, then lay it flat and measure to the mark in millimetres.
That length is your finger circumference. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are largest.
