RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to return your order please email info@marcodalmaso.com stating your order number, or use our dedicated form below. We will instruct you with relevant steps on how to return your item back to us.

Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order in 3 to 5 business days. Once the refund has been made it can take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account. The delay may vary, depending on your bank.

Please note: Returns must be received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalised and custom designs are finals ale and are therefore non-refundable.

Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

The processing time for returned items is 15 business days. If after this time has passed you have not had news about your return, please contact our Customer Service team. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order.

We of course want you to enjoy your MARCO DAL MASO jewels for as long as possible. Should your piece ever need repair, you can entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. Simply download and print the Repair Request Form.

Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take up to two weeks, after which we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take into consideration “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating apiece.
